New Referral Program
At our practice we would like to add some really good new patients like you and that’s why we started this program.
How it works:

- For each person you refer to us you will get a Dunkin Donuts card and get a coffee or two on us.
- When you refer 3 people to us you will get 25% off a teeth whitening treatment.
Rules of the game:
- To qualify: Each person that you refer has to schedule an appointment and at least have a face to face consultation with Dr Metz.
- Send a link to this page and they can book their appointment here .
- Use our referral cards provided to you at the office. Ask a staff member to give you yours.
- Make sure they bring to the office the card with your name and phone number to credit your referral.
